About Methow Valley Winery
Open every day, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Methow Valley Winery opened in Pateros in 2021 under Juan Pablo Esquivel's ownership, alongside Mireya, Amaya, and Sebastian. The program centers on award-winning ciders made from apples grown in the Wasson family orchard, three miles from Winthrop. The cellar also pours locally crafted beer. Behind the tasting space sits a back patio with an apple amphitheatre, where live music unfolds. Comfort food anchors the experience. The house carries the legacy of its previous owners, Lynne and Richard Wasson, whose orchard still feeds the cider program.
