About Methode Sauvage
At 3,000 feet in Etna, Methode Sauvage works with alpine varietals and natural wine. The program spans twelve grapes, from Chenin Blanc and Savagnin to Nebbiolo and Refosco. Scott Valley is known in the Shasta Indigenous language as Iruai. The tasting room anchors the work. Members of The Mystery Lodge, Iruai's Wine Club, follow the house's releases across the year.
