About

Menhard sits in Leutschach/Weinstraße, within the Naturpark Südsteiermark, on eight hectares of extremely steep slopes that demand manual labor through every season. Founded in 1994, the operation went organic from the start. Lorenz, Eva, and Thomas Menhard lead the program, producing both white and red wines. The tasting room opens Monday through Friday, 10 to 18, Saturday 10 to 16, by advance reservation only. A minimum order of six bottles applies.
