Marzae opened in 2023 in Acton, Massachusetts, founded by Eliot Martin and Katie Luczai. The program spans multiple labels. Sauvage holds their natural wine work. Field carries everyday wines. Origine houses classic wines, ciders, and spirits. Varietal Studies focuses on single varietals. Off Piste Ferments produces non-alcoholic beverages. Amari Merrimack makes aperitifs, digestifs, and ready-to-drink cocktails. The vineyard itself is Massachusetts's first regenerative site. A tasting room and restaurant anchor the operation.
