Maple Hill Wines

About

Nick Lussier, armed with a degree in agricultural sciences from Vermont Technical College, founded Maple Hill Wines in 2012. That year he purchased 30 acres of farmland in Barton. Three years later came the sugarhouse, built to process what the grove of sugar maples on Maple Hill would yield. The work centers on wood-fired, small batch maple syrup. The program extends to maple cream, granulated maple sugar, and maple candy.
