About Maison Ambroise
Maison Ambroise was founded in 1940 in Premeaux-Prissey and has remained in the family for five generations. Ludivine and François now direct the work across nearly 20 hectares, producing 20 different appellations from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Aligoté. The program spans from entry-level Coteaux Bourguignons and Bourgogne Côte d'Or to Nuits-Saint-Georges and Corton Grand Cru. Hand-harvested fruit moves into oak for 10 to 18 months, then into bottle unfined and unfiltered. The house has held HVE certification since 2020.
