About

Frédéric Bouché established Local Fare in Ithaca in 2003. His great great grandfather owned vineyards in Buzet, Bordeaux. His great grandfather founded Maison Bouché in Calvados, Normandy in 1919. Bouché was trained in family winemaking techniques by his grandfather and now owns and makes wine at Local Fare in the Finger Lakes. Food is available.
