Lo-Fi Wines

About

Mike and Craig, lifelong friends, make wine in Los Alamos with a philosophy built on restraint. Neutral barrels, native yeasts, minimal sulfur, unadjusted pH. Whole cluster fermentation and carbonic maceration are part of the winemaking approach. The tasting room opens Friday through Sunday, noon to six, no reservation needed. Wine club members receive two shipments yearly, spring and fall, with discounts scaling from 10% to 20% depending on bottle commitment.
