About Levin Wine
Levin Wine began in 1986 as a family venture by Lynne and David Levin MBE. The domaine sits in AOP Touraine, Loire Valley, where Emmanuel Bienvenu leads the program under organic protocols finalized in 2011. Grapes are handpicked into small buckets and hand sorted on a table at the vineyard. The cellar, designed in 2003 with the same architecture as Shaw Smith in Adelaide Hills, produces Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, and Gamay at a capacity of 150,000 bottles per year. Bentonite clay alone is used for fining, making the wines vegan. The portfolio reaches 14 countries.
