About Le Grappin
Andrew Nielsen arrived in Burgundy after working in California, Central Otago, the Yarra Valley, and Burgundy. In 2011, he and Emma Nielsen founded Le Grappin in Meloisey. The house sources grapes from viticulteurs throughout Burgundy and makes wine by hand in an ancient cuverie within the walls of Beaune. The program centers on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Du Grappin wines extend into Mâconnais, Beaujolais, and the Rhône.
