About Le Cinciole
Thirty hectares across the hills of Panzano, in Chianti Classico. Le Cinciole farms organically, hand-harvesting exclusively from their own vineyards. The cellar work uses natural and spontaneous fermentation to produce Sangiovese and Chianti Classico, including the estate Chianti Classico D.O.C.G., Petresco, Aluigi Chianti Classico Riserva D.O.C.G., Camalaione, Sossopra, and Rosato. Visits require reservation and run Monday through Friday, with weekends by advance arrangement. The introductory tour, roughly an hour, includes vineyard and cellar visits followed by a tasting of three wines paired with extra virgin olive oil and baked goods. Vineyard tours also available. Tasting fee is €25 per person.
