About Latigo Winery, LLC
Ben and Lisa Nelson founded Latigo Winery in 2017, releasing their first bottle in 2020. Based in Colorado Springs, the winery focuses on local distribution to breweries, restaurants, and wine festivals. The tasting room opened in Black Forest in June 2024, offering flights alongside indoor and outdoor seating. The tasting room hosts food trucks, live music, and specialty workshops.
