A Scottish winemaker who's been doing his own thing since 1999, crafting small-batch Cabernet Francs from legendary vineyards while everyone else chases Cabernet Sauvignon. His Yountville tasting room is invite-only, but you can track down his Jack Larkin label and canned LARKAN wines at premium restaurants nationwide.
