About Lark Hill Biodynamic Winery
Lark Hill is a biodynamic winery established in 1978 by Sue and Dave Carpenter, located at 860m elevation on the escarpment above Bungendore, 30km northeast of Canberra. The winery has been certified biodynamic since 2008 and practices minimal intervention winemaking using wild yeast ferments. The cellar door overlooks the vineyard and offers wine flights, tastings, and lunch service on weekends.
