About the winery
This Hungarian winery is on a mission to bring wine back to Szentendre, a historic Budapest suburb that was once one of Hungary's biggest wine regions before phylloxera wiped it out over a century ago. They're farming volcanic soil on the famous Kőhegy hill and blending traditional southern winemaking with modern techniques to create wines that taste like the terroir they're reclaiming.
