About Klenk Family Winery, LLC
Seven miles north of Fredericksburg in the Texas Hill Country, Klenk Family Winery was founded in 2004 on a south-facing hill at 1,800 feet elevation. The vineyard is single varietal Sangiovese, planted from clones originating in Montalcino and Chianti Classico. Limestone underlies the site. The 2020 Estate Sangiovese, 100% estate grown and bottled, aged 30 months in large oak casks and stainless steel. The 2020 Estate Rosé aged in stainless steel.
