Kerschbaum

About

Michael Kerschbaum shapes the program at this Mittelburgenland estate, founded in 1989 when Paul Kerschbaum began bottling. Thirty-five hectares of vineyard feed the cellar, where approximately 850 barrique barrels mature the house's Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt. The 2015 Blaufränkisch Horitschon stands among the portfolio's anchors. Gold in Chicago and a Falstaff nomination for winemaker of the year mark the work's recognition. A tasting room is available to visitors.
