This Greek winery planted the country's first Cabernet Sauvignon vines back in the late 1950s, high up on Mount Pindus where the vines mature slowly in the mountain air. You can tour the cellars filled with over 1,200 oak barrels, taste the wines, and if you're really committed to the experience, stay at their 4-star hotel.
