About Kakhaberi’s Wine Cellar
Founded in 2000 in the village of Meore Sviri, Zestafoni Municipality, Imereti region, producing natural wine using traditional Georgian methods dating back thousands of years. Grapes are grown organically and the wine is fermented and aged in qvevri; the region's humid subtropical climate comes from warm sea winds meeting cool mountain air off the Caucasus.
