The winery produces Grand Cru Chardonnay champagnes with a focus on environmental sustainability and minimal chemical inputs. They offer unique Single Barrel experiences where customers participate in selecting and aging their own custom champagne vintages.
Tasting Experiences
Single Barrel Champagne Society
Customers taste clear wines between April and June to select their preferred barrel, then determine bottle quantity, aging duration (3-10 years), and dosage. Barrels and bottles are numbered for exclusivity.
Bed & Breakfast
Four guest rooms with breakfast served in the tasting room, allowing visitors to enjoy champagne tastings and explore the region.
