Founded in 1600 in Arlay, Jean Bourdy has remained in family hands through sixteen generations. Laura Bourdy returned to the domaine in 2018 and purchased it in 2022, steering the program alongside Béatrice Vergey, who has worked here since 1994. The work centers on biodynamic viticulture across Trousseau, Poulsard, Pinot Noir, Savagnin, and Chardonnay. The portfolio spans Côtes du Jura, Château-Chalon, Crémant du Jura, Vins de Paille, and Vins Jaunes.
