Mautern an der Donau, birthplace of Wachau wine. Jakob works certified organic vineyards across Schotter, Konglomerat, Löss, and Urgestein soils. Fermentation happens spontaneously. The program centers on Grüner Veltliner and Red Lady®. The portfolio includes Grüner Veltliner Medium, Rosé AURORA Frizzante, Junger Römer, OPA von da Oma 2023, and Bene Tibi. Guests stay in apartments on the property.
