Vida Jaffe is making elegant, balanced wines with lower alcohol that actually go with food, plus she's got a sparkling wine (Apeiron) and rosé (At First Blush) in the mix. The reds—Transformation and Metamorphosis—are where the quality really shines, and there's a private observatory on the property if you're into stargazing between sips.
