J. Lassalle works chalk-rich soils in Rilly-la-Montagne, a village in the Champagne region. The house produces Préférence and Rosé alongside Blanc de blancs. Angéline and Angéline Rosé extend the range. The program includes Spécial club expressions, among them a Premier cru Millésimé 2012. The house is a member of Club Trésors, the first association of champagne vignerons founded in 1971.
