Zenishi is a wine cellar in Khashmi village, Kakheti, established by the Zerakidze brothers. The estate owns 2.3 hectares of vineyard, also buys grapes, and produces Rkatsiteli, a Rkatsiteli-Mtsvane blend, and Saperavi Khashmi, aged in qvevri buried in the ground alongside modern technological methods.
