About
Brother's Cellar was founded in 2015 by Guram Avqopashvili in the village of Bolnisi, Kvemo Kartli/Kartli region, continuing a family winemaking tradition dating back to 1900. The winery produces natural Georgian wines using traditional qvevri-style production, working with Rkatsiteli, Tsintebeli, and Saperavi grapes grown organically. Output is small, around 3,000 bottles per year, and the winery is not yet represented in the U.S. market.
