This is a small family cellar in the village of Meore Sviri, Zestafoni Municipality, in Georgia's Imereti region, working vineyards and cellars inherited from earlier generations that are over 40 years old. It cultivates the rare indigenous Imeretian varieties Krakhuna and Tsitska on about 0.5 hectares, producing roughly 2,000 bottles a year using traditional, natural methods with skin contact.
