Ruispiri Cellar is located in the village of Ruispiri, Telavi Municipality, Kakheti region, in the Alazani River valley about 95 kilometers from Tbilisi. It practices traditional Georgian qvevri winemaking and is certified organic and biodynamic, focusing on soil health, and is a member of the Natural Wine Association; the producer is not yet represented in the U.S. market.
