About

Nikalas Marani, originally built in 1928 in the village of Kardenakhi, Gurjaani Municipality, Kakheti region, was restored in 2005 and now produces around 15,000 bottles a year from organically farmed, unirrigated vineyards. It is a member of the Natural Wine Association and offers wine tastings, including a basic tasting of three wines with chacha or a tasting paired with a full Georgian meal.
