Based in the village of Gori, Gori Municipality, Shida Kartli region, north of Tbilisi. Shermadini sources handpicked grapes from contracted vineyards in the Kakheti, Gurjaani and Akhmeta micro-zones and ferments and stores wine in the traditional clay kvevri, producing up to 4,000 bottles annually under EU-certified organic standards.
