About
A qvevri winery in the Ambrolauri area of the Racha region, grown out of a long-standing family tradition of qvevri winemaking; its wines are marketed under the Bimbili brand. The winery owns two hectares and also purchases grapes from selected small-scale family farms with vineyards older than 20 years, producing wines from local varieties including Khvanchkara, Mudjuretuli, and Tsolikouri.
