KTW (Kakhetian Traditional Winemaking) operates its main wine house and shop-salon in Patardzeuli village in Kakheti, along the Kakheti Highway. The company works with indigenous Georgian varieties such as Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, Kindzmarauli, Mukuzani, and Tsinandali, producing red, white, and amber wines using the ancient qvevri fermentation method recognized by UNESCO. Visitors can join wine tastings and tours of the vineyards and production process.
