Obene Winery is a family-owned qvevri winery in Mukhuri village, Chkhorotskhu Municipality, Samegrelo, western Georgia, farming 4 hectares of vines. It produces qvevri wines in very limited volume using traditional methods, from Western Georgian varieties including Krakhuna, Ojaleshi, Otskhanuri Sapere and Tsolikauri. Visitors can tour the winery, sample Megrelian cuisine, and taste qvevri amber and red wines.
