Chubini Wine Cellar was founded in 2016 by Tornike Chubinidze, who left Tbilisi at age 25 to start the family-run, small-production winery in the village of Shilda, Kvareli Municipality, Kakheti. The winery makes authentic Georgian qvevri wine and hosts guests with wine tours, tastings, and culinary masterclasses.
