Dato's Wine (Dato Kobidze Wine Cellar) is a small family operation run by David and Tariel Kobidze in the village of Erketi, Chokhatauri municipality, Guria region. A member of the Natural Wine Association, the winery works a rare 40-year-old Aladasturi vineyard in the hills south of the Supsa River, producing natural wines including a skin-contact Chkhaveri amber, a Chkhaveri rosé, and an Aladasturi red.
