Simon Chkheidze Cellar is a family winery in the village of Obcha, Baghdati Municipality, Imereti, that has practiced natural viticulture and winemaking since its founding in 2005. Its white wines are made in the traditional Imeretian method, fermenting and aging only the juice of the grapes in qvevri. The cellar works with Tsolikouri, Tsitska, Krakhuna, Chkhaveri, Aladasturi, and Otskhanuri Sapere grape varieties.
