The Spirit of Georgia winery was founded in 2014 in the village of Telavi, Telavi Municipality, Kakheti, south of the Alazani River with views of the Caucasus. It produces natural wines made in qvevri using traditional centuries-old technology, aged across five cellars: two for qvevri storage (41 qvevris total), two for oak barrels, and one for bottle aging.
