The winery built a new production facility in 2016 that combines centuries-old Georgian winemaking traditions with modern technology, working with local varieties including Tsitska, Tsolikouri, Krakhuna, and Otskhanuri Sapere, and it operates a small hotel to host visitors interested in Georgian wine culture.
