Located in the village of Velistsikhe, Gurjaani Municipality, Kakheti region, at 380 meters elevation near the Chermiskhevi River (a tributary of the Alazani). The cellar aims to preserve Georgia's ancient qvevri-based winemaking traditions and promote understanding of pitcher wines among local and foreign wine lovers.
