Otia's Ezo (Otia Ioseliani)

About

Otia's Ezo is a family winery, hotel, and house-museum on Khelovnebis Street in Tskaltubo, Imereti region, centered on the former home of Georgian writer Otia Ioseliani. His grandson built a cellar and, after reconstruction completed in 2017, reopened the estate producing Imeretian-tradition wines: Tsitska-Tsolikouri, Otskhanuri Saphere, an Otia-Coupage blend of Otskhanuri Saphere and Usakhelouri, and Chkhaveri. Visitors can join an excursion followed by homemade wine and appetizers in a fireside hall while learning about Imeretian traditions, with day trips bookable from Kutaisi.
