Mariam Iosebidze is a natural winemaker in the village of Ateni, Gori Municipality, Shida Kartli, who made her first vintage in 2014 in her uncle's cellar using one of his qvevris after working at Living Roots and Tbilisi's Gvino Underground natural wine bar. Her wine uses a single grape, Tavkveri, with a short 2.5-3 day skin maceration before qvevri aging.
