Shalva (Zaza) Natroshvili’s Wine Cellar

About

A 3.3-hectare family cellar in the village of Zemo Machkhaani, Dedoplistsqaro Municipality, in Kakheti's easternmost zone between the Tibaani and Gumbati microzones, overlooking the Alazani River Valley and Caucasus Mountains. It produces natural wine using traditional ancient Georgian techniques, aging in qvevri, from organically grown local Rkatsiteli, Saperavi, Budeshuri, Kakhuri, and Mtsvivani grapes, and is a member of the Natural Wine Association.
