Menabde Winery (formerly Menabde's Wine Cellar) is a family-run agritourism winery and guesthouse in the village of Shemokmedi, Ozurgeti Municipality, in Georgia's Guria region, established by winemaker Vakhushti Menabde who began producing wine in 2017. It works with the local Gurian grape varieties Chkhaveri and Tsolikouri (also noted as Sakmiela), holding Chkhaveri on skins and stalks in qvevri for about 10 months to produce a light, fresh rosé/red.
