Winemaker Tedo Gzirishvili has practiced viticulture and winemaking since 1985 at Tedos Marani, located in the village of Sagarejo, Sagarejo Municipality, Kakheti, on the banks of the Iori River overlooking the Alazani River Valley. The winery uses both traditional qvevri fermentation and contemporary stainless-steel methods with organic vineyard practices, producing a limited 500 bottles annually of Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, and Mtsvane Kakhuri.
