About
Martvili Marani (formerly Vino Martvili/Vino Martville) was founded in 2012 near Targameuli village, Martvili municipality, Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region, on the banks of the Tekhuri River. The winery farms half a hectare of local grapes — Ojaleshi, Orbeluri Ojaleshi, Tsolikauri, and Krakhuna — using traditional qvevri fermentation and organic cultivation, producing roughly 4,000 bottles a year under its Ojaleshi label. It is a member of the Natural Wine Association, with U.S. imports handled by Roni Selects.
