Didgori Winemaking was established in 2002 by Gela Kipiani in the village of Khvanchkara, Ambrolauri Municipality, Racha region, with the aim of restoring the historic Kipiani wine tradition. The winery ferments in 12 qvevris, focuses on the rare Kabistoni grape, and produces small, all-natural batches without chemicals, sulfates, or artificial intervention.
