About
Nikoladze Wine Cellar is run by winemaker Ramaz Nikoladze in Nakhshirghele village, Terjola Municipality, in Georgia's western Imereti region between Tbilisi and the Black Sea. Nikoladze uses ancient Georgian winemaking techniques and organic practices, harvesting rare grape varieties, and has mentored other young Georgian winemakers while helping connect Georgia to European markets. The cellar is a member of the Natural Wine Association.
