Founded in 2011 by winemaker and viticulturist Archili Utiashvili, Tabla Nova (Telavi Old Cellar) is located in the village of Telavi, Kakheti, on the foothills of the Tsiv-Gombori Range at 500-800 meters above sea level. The winery ferments grapes grown using biologically and ecologically clean methods, producing about 2,500 bottles each of Rkatsiteli and Saperavi annually from a 40-year-old vineyard.
