About
Lomtadzeebis Cellar was built in 1905 in Velistsikhe village, Gurjaani Municipality, Kakheti, in the foothills overlooking the Alazani River Valley, and has maintained traditional Georgian winemaking methods for generations. The family still uses 24 original qvevri dating from the 1900s and works organically, producing wine from Rkatsiteli and Saperavi grapes. It is a member of the Natural Wine Association.
