Kbilashvili Winery and Qvevri Workshop is a family-run qvevri-making operation in the village of Vardisubani, Telavi Municipality, Kakheti, about 3 km from Telavi, run by father-son duo Remi and Zaza Kbilashvili who continue a multi-generation qvevri-crafting tradition. Alongside crafting the traditional clay fermentation vessels, the family offers tastings of their own Rkatsiteli and Saperavi qvevri wines and homemade chacha.
